Amenities Map
An AI-curated nearby-amenity map. Given a subject address, SkySuite finds nearby places for each requested amenity category (grocery, dining, fitness, pharmacy, parks, retail, transit, coffee), uses AI to de-dupe and prefer recognizable brands, places labeled markers on a map (with the subject as marker 1 and amenities A–Z), and writes a summary table of the chosen places with their distance.
When to use it
- Showing IC the eight closest essentials around a property - grocery within 0.5 mi, gyms within 0.5 mi, parks within 2 mi - without manually searching Google.
- Underwriting a multifamily property and needing a defensible "walkability" panel in the deck.
- Generating a branded map (custom marker colors per category) for a marketing one-pager.
- Refreshing the amenity panel on every deal automatically inside an automation.
How it works
- 1Add an Amenities Map action to an automation.
- 2Bind a Location range (cell with the subject address).
- 3Set up to 10 Amenity Specifications: pick a Type (Grocery / Dining / Fitness / Pharmacy / Parks / Retail / Transit / Coffee), a Count (how many markers to keep), a Radius (miles), and a Color (hex).
- 4Bind a Summary Output range (top-left of the table) and a Map Output range (anchor for the inserted map image).
- 5Optionally set Map Width / Height and toggle Grayscale map.
- 6SkySuite finds the nearby places per category, uses AI to de-dupe and prefer recognizable brands, renders a labeled map with the subject plus lettered amenity markers, and writes a summary table.
Tips & shortcuts
- The map supports a maximum of 26 amenity markers (
A–Z). The totalCountacross specifications cannot exceed 26 - the form validates this before letting you run. - Default specifications (used the first time you open the form) are: Grocery x4 @ 0.5mi, Dining x5 @ 0.5mi, Fitness x3 @ 0.5mi, Pharmacy x5 @ 0.5mi, Parks x2 @ 2mi, Retail x4 @ 0.5mi, Transit x2 @ 0.5mi, Coffee x1 @ 0.5mi.
- When a place could fit more than one category, SkySuite assigns it to a single category so it isn't double-counted.
- The AI step only chooses which of the found places to keep and how to label them. It cannot invent businesses or change distances, so every marker on the map is a real, verifiable place.
