What it does
The SkySuite connector gives Claude secure access to your own company's SkySuite data. Claude can search your pipeline, open a deal, read its documents and T12 operating statement, and pull pipeline totals. It can also read your company's memory notes and skills, so its answers follow the way your firm already works.
When your company uses SkySuite memory, Claude can also save notes, record sourced facts on deals, and keep short session summaries in SkySuite, so the next person (or the next chat) starts with what you learned.
Who can use it
- Anyone with a SkySuite account (subscription or trial).
- Works in claude.ai, the Claude desktop app and Claude Code.
- Each person sees only their own company's data. No tool can select another company.
Connect in claude.ai or Claude desktop
https://api.skysuite.ai/api/mcp/client - 1Open Settings > Connectors
In claude.ai or the Claude desktop app, open Settings, then Connectors.
- 2Add a custom connector
Choose Add custom connector, name it SkySuite, and paste the connector address shown above.
- 3Click Connect
Claude opens SkySuite's sign-in page in a new window.
- 4Sign in to SkySuite
Use your normal SkySuite sign-in. SkySuite never sees your Claude credentials.
- 5Approve access
Approve the consent page. If your company uses SkySuite memory, Claude can also save notes and deal facts; to stop that, disconnect or revoke the key in SkySuite settings.
Once connected, start a new chat and ask Claude about your pipeline. You can turn the connector on or off per chat from the tools menu.
Connect in Claude Code
Run this in your terminal:
claude mcp add --transport http skysuite https://api.skysuite.ai/api/mcp/client
Then start Claude Code, type /mcp, choose skysuite, and sign in to SkySuite in the browser window that opens.
What Claude can do
Read tools are always available. Write tools appear when SkySuite memory is on for your company.
Read (no changes to your data)
search_deals Find deals in your pipeline by name, address, stage or other details. Appraisal companies get the appraisal equivalent.
get_deal Open one deal and read its details.
get_deal_documents List the documents attached to a deal.
get_deal_t12 Read a deal's T12 (trailing twelve months) operating statement.
get_pipeline_kpis Pipeline totals and summary figures in one call.
read_memory Read your company's saved notes, your own notes, and notes on how your company's agents work.
search_memory Search notes, deal facts and summaries of your earlier SkySuite chats by keyword.
list_skills List your company's skills, its written-down ways of working.
open_skill Open one skill and read its instructions and approved lessons.
Write (when SkySuite memory is on)
save_memory Save a note for you, your company or one of its agents. Company and agent notes wait for an admin's approval in Settings > Memory.
add_deal_fact Record a sourced fact on one of your deals, where SkySuite's deal chat and agent runs can use it.
forget_memory Remove a note that was saved through a connected AI.
suggest_lesson Propose an improvement to a company skill. Nothing changes until an admin approves it.
save_session_notes Where your company has it switched on: keep a short summary of a piece of work you want kept, in a private store for you only. SkySuite reviews these overnight and suggests memory notes for you to approve. Passwords and keys are refused; up to 20 a day.
Things to try
- “Which deals in our pipeline are in due diligence, and what is the total purchase price?”
- “Pull the T12 for 400 Main Street and summarize the trend in operating expenses.”
- “List the documents on the Riverside Plaza deal and tell me which ones look like leases.”
- “Remember that our IC memos always show cap rates to two decimals.”
- “Add a fact to the Harbor Point deal: the seller confirmed a 2027 roof replacement, per the broker's email.”
Deal names above are examples. Use your own.
Privacy and control
- You sign in with SkySuite's own sign-in. SkySuite never sees your Claude credentials.
- SkySuite does not read Claude's memory, chat history or files. It only receives what a tool call sends.
- Every memory and skill call (reads, saves and removals) is logged with the tool name, time and outcome. For saves, only the length and a fingerprint are logged, not the words.
- See and undo memory notes any time in SkySuite under Settings > Memory; deal facts show, and can be withdrawn, on the deal’s page.
Full details are in the Claude connector section of our Privacy Policy.
Troubleshooting
Allow pop-ups for claude.ai and skysuite.ai, finish the sign-in in the same browser window that opened, and make sure you approve the consent page. If it still loops, remove the connector in Claude and add it again.
Write tools appear only when SkySuite memory is on for your company. Ask your company admin to switch it on, then start a new chat in Claude.
Run /mcp inside Claude Code, choose skysuite, and complete the SkySuite sign-in in your browser.
Remove the SkySuite connector in Claude's Settings > Connectors (in Claude Code, run claude mcp remove skysuite), or revoke its key in your SkySuite settings. Either one stops access straight away.
