Protecting your information is a priority for SkySuite. This Privacy Policy applies to skysuite.ai and the SkySuite product, and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, all references to “SkySuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our” mean SkySuite Inc, a Delaware corporation, which owns and operates the SkySuite product. By using the SkySuite website or product, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
Collection of Your Personal Information
In order to provide our products and services, SkySuite may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:
- First and last name
- Business mailing address
- Email address
- Phone number
- Employer
- Job title
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. You may be required to provide certain personal information when you (a) register for an account; (b) request a demo or contact sales; (c) sign up for product updates or marketing communications; (d) send us an email; or (e) submit payment information when subscribing to a paid plan. You have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and certain other privacy and data protection laws to opt out of the disclosure of your personal information. Tracking User Behavior
SkySuite may keep track of the pages our users visit within the product in order to determine which features are most popular. This data is used to improve the product, deliver relevant content, and prioritize our roadmap.

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by SkySuite. This information can include your IP address, browser type, operating system, domain names, access times, and referring website addresses. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general usage statistics.

The SkySuite website and product may use cookies to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web server. We limit access to your information to personnel and sub-processors who need it to operate the service, and workflow execution is logged so that actions taken on your behalf can be reviewed.

No data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) the security, integrity, and privacy of any information exchanged between you and us through this site cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
Right to Deletion
Subject to certain exceptions, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:
- Delete your personal information from our records; and
- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Children Under Thirteen
SkySuite does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. SkySuite is a business-to-business product intended for use by commercial real estate professionals.
Opt-Out & Unsubscribe from Communications
We respect your privacy and give you the opportunity to opt out of receiving marketing communications. To stop receiving marketing or promotional emails, click the unsubscribe link in any SkySuite email, or contact us at support@skysuite.ai.
Email Communications
From time to time, SkySuite may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, product updates, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and other general communication. To improve our services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from SkySuite or click on a link within one.

SkySuite reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account, by placing a prominent notice on our website, or by updating this page.
